Welcome to AOFF.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AOFF website, online store, products and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. About AOFF
AOFF is an independent fashion brand offering clothing and related products through its online store.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products and Services.
AOFF uses third-party fulfillment providers, including Printful, to produce and fulfill certain orders.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to purchase products from AOFF.
If you are under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use our Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, descriptions, images, colors, measurements and other information as accurately as possible.
However:
- Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
- Product images may not perfectly represent the physical product.
- Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
- Product availability may change without notice.
AOFF reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information, pricing or availability.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
AOFF may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify products or remove products from the store at any time.
We do not guarantee that a product will remain available after you have viewed it or added it to your cart.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted if there is an issue with payment, availability, pricing, fraud prevention or another legitimate reason.
AOFF reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where permitted by applicable law, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an error in product or pricing information;
- Payment cannot be authorized;
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- The order violates these Terms or applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not alter an order that has already been accepted and paid for except where correction is required because of an obvious error.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
7. Taxes, Duties and Import Charges
Depending on your location, applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees or other government charges may apply to your order.
Where such charges are not included in the price or collected at checkout, you may be responsible for them.
International customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their country, subject to any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Production and Fulfillment
AOFF uses third-party fulfillment providers, including Printful, to produce and fulfill products.
Because many AOFF products are made to order, production begins after an order is submitted and accepted.
Production and fulfillment times can vary depending on the product, destination, availability and fulfillment location.
Printful may route an order to an appropriate fulfillment facility based on factors including shipping destination, product availability and fulfillment capacity.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and estimated delivery information is provided through our website, checkout process or Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
AOFF is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, strikes, governmental restrictions or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
If an order is lost, damaged or otherwise affected during delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or reshipment costs may apply where permitted by applicable law.
Because products may enter production or fulfillment shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that address changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered production or fulfillment.
11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Because many AOFF products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because of:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact AOFF according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Printful’s current policy similarly provides for refunds or reshipments for qualifying damaged, defective or misprinted products and generally does not accept buyer-remorse, wrong-size or wrong-color returns for its made-to-order products.
12. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification will be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.
Any cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
13. Customer Accounts
If you create an account with AOFF, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information.
AOFF may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customers or AOFF’s rights, subject to applicable law.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services:
- For unlawful purposes;
- To commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity;
- To interfere with or disrupt the website;
- To attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- To introduce malicious code or harmful software;
- To misuse our Services or another customer’s information;
- To infringe the rights of AOFF or third parties;
- In any manner prohibited by applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
The AOFF name, brand identity, logo, artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, text, website content and other materials associated with AOFF are owned by or licensed to AOFF unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise use AOFF’s intellectual property without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Purchasing an AOFF product does not transfer ownership of AOFF’s intellectual-property rights in the artwork, branding, designs or other protected materials associated with that product.
16. User Content
If you submit content to AOFF, including reviews, photographs, comments or other material, you represent that:
- You have the necessary rights to submit the content;
- Your content does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights;
- Your content does not violate applicable law.
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content to AOFF where the relevant feature allows it, you grant AOFF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and distribute that content for operating, promoting and improving AOFF, subject to applicable law.
17. Third-Party Services
AOFF relies on third-party services to operate portions of the Services, including Shopify, Printful, Klaviyo, payment providers and shipping providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
AOFF is not responsible for independent services that it does not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
18. Website Availability
We aim to keep our Services available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend or modify the Services for maintenance, updates, security, technical issues or other operational reasons.
19. Errors and Corrections
We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information errors or other inaccuracies on our website.
If an obvious error affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation in accordance with applicable law.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AOFF will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Nothing in this section applies where prohibited by applicable law.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how AOFF collects, uses and processes personal information.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, products, business practices or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means that the updated Terms will apply to future use of the Services, subject to applicable law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AOFF and its operations in India, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to customers in their place of residence.
Where applicable law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived or restricted by contract, those rights remain unaffected.

If you have a concern regarding an order or our Services, please contact AOFF first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
