AOFF products are made to order and fulfilled through our fulfillment partner. Because products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to return or cancel an order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at aoffglobal@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

Where applicable, claims are handled according to the fulfillment provider’s shipping and claims procedures.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address was provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping or reshipment costs may apply.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once production or fulfillment has started.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive a defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us and we will review the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
